Brent & Marie's wedding day fell on a beautiful, bright spring day in early November. Following a otudoor ceremony at Wollongong Botanic Gardens, we had the honour of hosting their reception.

Their guests enjoyed: natural oysters, salmon sashimi, and cheese arancini canapés to start. Entrées were an antipasto plate for one, alternated with beef & pork polpette, and mushroom & truffle risotto. For main we served osso bucco, alternated with our prosciutto wrapped sous vide chicken breast, and gnocchi napoletana. For dessert everyone enjoyed house-made tiramisu alternated with sfogliatelle and eton mess. Their cake was served on platters later in the evening.
The drinks were flowing with: a 5 hour beer, wine and house spirit drink package. Sparkling wine was served for guests at the door as they arrived.
The room was set: with a combination our centrepieces and floral arrangements. The florals were matched to Marie's bouquet and complemented our white pillar candles, rope handled jars and seashells.
Place settings were simple with a vial of potpourri for each guest. Guests had assigned tables, but not assigned seats so place cards were not incorporated.
Our (or at least Gabrielle's) favourite part of their day: was guiding their sweet flower girl Evelyn through to the bridal party during their entrance.
Room: Diamond room set for approximately 90 guests.
