A light-filled summer reception, designed so that all guests (including the bridal party) could enjoy the Diamond room's panoramic ocean views.
“Wow! We absolutely loved them all, so amazing and beautiful. Thank you so much for having us. Much love”
- Dinis & Tuworu
Their guests enjoyed a menu of: smoked salmon croutons with lemon and dill aioli, lamb kofta with tzatziki, and fresh prawns with cocktail sauce to start. Entrées were our always popular cheese arancini, alternated with a cold seafood plate of natural oysters, blue swimmer crab and smoked salmon. For main we served slow braised beef cheeks, alternated with our prosciutto wrapped sous vide chicken breast. For dessert everyone enjoyed passionfruit panna cotta, alternated with white chocolate crème brulée before their cake was served.
The drinks were flowing with: a 4-hour package of unlimited beer, wine, soft drinks, juices, tea and coffee. A custom cocktail designed for the bride and groom was also available.

The room was set with: classic black and white decor in our favourite combination; beautiful floral arrangements (that don’t have to be extravagant) and a few candles to tie things in.
Tuworu & Dinis also added our grey table runners which paired with our previous grey chairs beautifully. The black candlesticks tied in the black chair legs (and we think they pair nicely with our new black chairs too).

A large and well-defined dance space on the carpet was put to good use after dinner was finished.

Our favourite part of their day: instead of having their bridal table against the window with the ocean behind them, the bridal party was positioned so that they could see the water as well. A beautiful display for their cake was placed with the water behind for photos.
